Yes, we do warranty work!
RV warranty protection offers peace of mind, and we are here to help make is your warranty claim as possible and ease the stress of unexpected breakdowns.
Here are the steps involved when working with us on your warranty repair:
1. Check Your Coverage:
Review and understand your warranty contract and gather necessary information, such as the claims department's phone number and your contract number and vehicle VIN.
2. Complete a Service Request Form or Call Us:
We are a licensed repair company and work with you to process your warranty claim whether it’s a manufacturer or extended warranty.
3. Performing Diagnosis:
We will need the specific of your warranty, what is covered and if any deductibles apply. We will then diagnose the issue, create an invoice with breakdown details, and call the warranty company for claim approval.
4. Gaining Preauthorization:
If approved, the warranty adjustor provides a preauthorization number, allowing the mechanic to proceed with repairs. No work should start without this number.
5. Completing the Repair:
Once we have authorization, we will order any needed parts and coordinate a time to complete the repair.
6. Final Invoice and Payment:
Once all works has been completed, we will provide the final invoice to the warranty company, reflecting actual costs. The company pays us minus any deductible, often directly to us.
Note:
In some cases, payment will need to be provided by you, the customer, and then your warranty company will reimburse you.
